High-ranking academic representatives from the IM Shechenov First Moscow State Medical University, under the leadership of Rector Prof. Petr Glybochko, convened a meeting with Prof. Vajira H. W. Dissanayake, the president of the Sri Lanka Medical Council, along with other officials. Dr. Saman Weerasinghe, the former Sri Lankan Ambassador to the Russian Federation, and Mr. Buddhapriya Ramanayaka, the Chief Executive Officer of the Russian House in Colombo, were also present at the gathering.
